A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation according to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity:

Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

Extended Return Policy: In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, the customer is granted a 100-day return policy.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (OONIQUE GmbH, Gotthelfstr. 36, 81677 Munich, Germany, Tel.: 089/21528458, E-mail: info@oonique.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

 

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us.

 

Important Note on Return Address: Returns may only be sent to the address specified on our Returns Page.

 

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right to Cancel Unless otherwise agreed, the right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Consequently, the right to cancel is also excluded for contracts involving the sale of tickets for date-specific leisure events.

 

General Information

  1. Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

  2. Please do not return the goods to us "freight collect" (unpaid).

  3. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right to cancel.
