1) Shipping Rates and Carrier

We are pleased to offer shipping to our customers in the United States. All US orders are shipped via UPS to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $150.00.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $21.99 applies to orders under $150.00.

2) Taxes and Duties (No Hidden Fees)

We want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible. Therefore, all import duties, customs fees, and sales taxes are already included in the final price at checkout. You will not have to pay any additional fees to the courier upon delivery.

3) Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a UPS tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey in real-time.

4) Delivery Times

Typically, all orders are processed and handed over to UPS within 48 hours on business days. While international shipping times can vary, you can generally expect your package to arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

5) Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order or have accidentally ordered too much yarn, you may return the products to us. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Please note the following regarding returns:

  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

  • The customer bears the responsibility for the goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for lost return shipments.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
