Sometimes plans change or a project doesn't feel quite right. No problem! You can easily cancel your purchase within the statutory withdrawal period.

How does the revocation work?
You can conveniently submit your cancellation online using the form below. We need your order number, information about the items you are returning, and your email address. Your cancellation confirmation will then be sent to this email address.
How long do I have to cancel my contract?
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you or a person designated by you received the goods.
Who pays for the return shipping?
You bear the costs for the return yourself. Please send your return exclusively to the address specified in our return instructions. Since we work with multiple warehouses, the return address may vary depending on the item. This is the only way we can process your return quickly and correctly.
It is best to write your order number clearly visible on the box. This way we can assign and process your return faster.
As soon as your return has been received and checked by us, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with legal requirements. The prerequisite for this is that the goods are in undamaged condition and - if possible - in the original packaging (e.g. with intact bands on yarn).

Please return the items to us as unused as possible, complete, and in their original packaging. This way we can process your return quickly and easily.
For yarns, we request that the bands are undamaged and the skeins have not been worked.
