Soft Silk from BC Garn is a loosely spun yarn made from bourette silk , combining the wonderful climate-regulating properties of silk with a unique feel. It is not as cool and smooth as classic mulberry silk, but impresses with its natural texture. Bourette silk is created from the short fibers left over after the harvesting of mulberry silk – a resource-saving "by-product" that also boasts an affordable price.
