Our knitting kits are what make OONIQUE special. Here we have answers to all your questions!
What exactly is included in the sets?
Our kits always include printed instructions and the appropriate amount of yarn for your chosen size.
Are the knitting needles included in the knitting kit?
For sustainability reasons, you will not automatically receive accessories such as needles with your knitting kit.
You can find the necessary accessories linked directly on the respective knitting kit page. If you don't already have these in your own collection of accessories, you can add them directly to your shopping cart here.
How do I get the instructions?
The instructions are always printed and included in your package, so you can start knitting right away.
What do I do if I have too much or too little yarn for my project?
If you run out of yarn, you can simply order more from our shop. If you have any yarn left over, you can easily return it to us. This way, nothing goes to waste. If you've exceeded the 100-day return period, simply contact us at team@oonique.com .
How will my package be shipped?
We ship within Germany using DHL Go Green.
All deliveries can be tracked via a tracking number, which you will receive in your shipping confirmation.
What payment options are available at OONIQUE?
You can choose whether you want to use providers like PayPal or Klarna, you can use Apple, Google or Amazon Pay, or simply pay with your credit card.
