Anker's bonnet is first worked in rows using ribbed segments. Then, the back of the head is worked in stockinette stitch with decreases in the round. Finally, an I-cord edging is added at the nape of the neck, ending in two cords.

The rib segments are elastic and thus adapt perfectly to the baby's head.

Sizes: 0-2 months (2-4 months) 4-6 months (6-12 months) 1-2 years

Fits a head circumference of: 34-38 (38-42) 42-44 (44-48) 48-51 cm

Gauge swatch_ 36 stitches x 41 rows in rib pattern (knit 1, purl 1) = 10 x 10 cm

Recommended needles: Circular knitting needle 3.0 mm (60 cm), double-pointed needles 3.0 mm
