Axis Slipover is knitted sideways in strips of stockinette and reverse stockinette stitch. Then, shoulder straps are knitted from picked-up stitches on the front and sewn to the back with mattress stitches.
The knitting kit includes an alternative to the original yarn specified in the instructions.
Sizes: XS (S–M) L–XL (2XL–3XL)
Width: 86 (99) 112 (131) cm
Length (from neckline to hem): 52 (58) 62 (66) cm
Positive Ease: 2–10 cm
Gauge: 16 stitches and 25 rows = 10 × 10 cm in stockinette stitch with 4.5 mm needles.
Be careful not to pull the yarn too tight when changing colors. The threads are not cut during color changes; instead, the new color is placed over the old one and carried along.
If you want to knit in a larger size, you can order additional yarn balls separately. You can then easily return any unused yarn balls to us.
For this set, you will need the following accessories:
