The ELISE Scarf is a small, delicate scarf with a simple openwork pattern. It's perfect as a neckerchief with blouses and shirts, but also works very well as a headband – the perfect little accessory for spring and summer, quickly knitted with just one ball of yarn.

The ELISE Scarf is knitted from tip to tip. Starting at the first tip, increases are worked until the widest point is reached. The main part is knitted in a lace pattern. Finally, the second tip is shaped using decreases.

Dimensions: Length: approx. 90 cm, Width: approx. 9 cm

The following techniques are used in the instructions: patent selvedge stitch, knit two stitches from one stitch (kfb), left- and right-leaning increases and decreases, and lace patterns. All techniques used are explained directly in the instructions or under the heading 'Terms & Explanations' on page 5.

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

3.5 mm circular knitting needle, 60 cm, tapestry needle, stitch markers (optional)
