The sweater is knitted from the top down using a double strand of yarn. First, cast on stitches for the back. Knit the back to just below the armholes. Then, increase stitches along each shoulder for the right and left sides of the front. Increase stitches for the V-neck before joining the right and left sides of the front. Knit the front to just below the armholes in rows, then join the work and continue in the round to the full length. Increase stitches at each armhole for the sleeves. Knit the sleeves in the round, decreasing stitches at the end for narrower sleeves. Finish in stockinette stitch with cuffs or continue in stockinette stitch at the bottom of the sleeves and the front and back.

The model shown in the pictures is knitted in the color Spring Green [8733].
