The Ivy Cardigan is worked in one piece from the top down in rows. The yoke is constructed so that shoulder increases are worked first, followed by increases for the sleeves, and finally raglan increases. The sleeves are worked in the round on double-pointed needles or using the Magic Loop method. Finally, stitches are picked up and worked along the front edges and neckline for the bands.

Size guide

The Ivy Cardigan should have a positive ease of approximately 2 cm in relation to your bust measurement.
Sizes XXS (XS), S (M), L (XL), 2XL (3XL), and 4XL (5XL) fit a chest circumference of 75-80 (80-85), 85-90 (90-95), 95-100 (100-110), 110-120 (120-130), and 130-140 (140-150) cm. The finished cardigan measurements are shown on the cover (please note that these measurements are only valid if the gauge is maintained). Take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S.
A cardigan in size S has a chest circumference of 92 cm and, in the chosen example, would have a freedom of movement (positive ease) of 2 cm.
