The JACQUES hat is a classic chunky knit ribbed hat. It knits up quickly, keeps you nice and warm, and is suitable for both women and men.
The hat is worked from the bottom up in half-patent stitch, with the garter stitch side of the pattern being the front. The folded brim is worked in half-patent stitch using knit stitches, while the body is worked in reverse half-patent stitch using purl stitches. This ensures that the same pattern is visible on the front when the brim is folded over. The decreases for the crown are worked as double decreases with right and left slant.
For sustainability reasons, these are NOT automatically included in the package.
