Order tracking FAQ

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is in the order confirmation email we send you after your purchase. Enter it above together with the postcode of your delivery address. You'll also find the DHL tracking number in your shipping confirmation.

When will my order arrive?

We usually process orders within 48 hours on working days and hand them over to DHL GoGreen. Within Germany and Austria, your parcel usually arrives 2–3 days after you place your order. Deliveries to other countries may take longer.

My parcel isn't moving – what now?

Right after dispatch it can take a few hours until DHL shows the first status. If the status doesn't change for a while, or your parcel is shown as delivered but hasn't arrived, email us with your order number at team@oonique.com.
