The Amy Sweater is worked in stockinette stitch from the top down. First, the yoke is worked in rows to shape the neckline, then it is joined in the round, and the remaining yoke is worked on circular needles with raglan increases. The body and sleeves are finished with wide cuffs in double ribbing and an additional stockinette stitch edge. The turtleneck is worked last from picked-up stitches around the neckline.

Sizes: XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL)

The Amy Sweater should have approximately 20 cm of positive ease in the smaller sizes and a progressively smaller amount in the larger sizes. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) fit a chest circumference of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The finished sweater measurements can be found on the cover. Take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 88 cm, you should choose size S, as this has a chest circumference of 108 cm. In this case, your sweater would have a freedom of movement ( positive ease ) of 20 cm.

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories: 3.5 mm circular knitting needle (40 and 80 and/or 100 cm), 4 mm circular knitting needle (40, 60, 80 and/or 100 cm), 3.5 mm and 4 mm double-pointed needles
