The Amy Sweater is worked in stockinette stitch from top to bottom. First, the yoke is worked in rows to shape the neckline, then it is joined in the round and the remaining yoke is knitted on the circular needles with raglan increases. The body and sleeves are finished with wide cuffs in a double rib pattern and an additional, stockinette-stitched edge. The turtleneck is finally worked in the round from the picked-up stitches around the neckline.

Sizes: XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL)

The Amy Sweater should have a movement allowance (positive ease) of approx. 20 cm in the smaller sizes and a gradually smaller movement allowance in the larger sizes. The sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) fit a body bust circumference of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The dimensions of the finished sweater can be found on the cover page. Take your measurements before you start the actual knitting to determine the size that suits you best. If your bust circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 88 cm, you should choose size S, as it has a bust circumference of 108 cm. In this case, your sweater would have a movement allowance (positive ease) of 20 cm.

If you want to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you need the following accessories: 3.5 mm circular needles (40 and 80 and/or 100 cm), 4 mm circular needles (40, 60, 80 and/or 100 cm), 3.5 mm and 4 mm needle set
