Knit your next headband with our knitting kit. 

The headband is mostly knitted in the round on a short 6.0 mm circular needle. Only at the beginning and at the end, knitting is done in rows on two needles of the double-pointed needle set. The knot is formed at the end when sewing the headband together. The headband therefore has no back seam, it is, so to speak, seamless. For the specified sizes, width and head circumference can be combined as desired. For example, if you have a large head circumference but want to keep the headband relatively narrow, you can also choose the cast-on of a smaller size.

The knitting kit contains an alternative to the original yarn specified in the instructions.

Sizes:  Head circumference: 40 - 43 (44 - 47) 48 -51 (52 - 55) 56 -59 cm
Width: approx. 8 (8.5) 9.5 (10) 10.5 cm

Gauge: Stockinette stitch in the round with 6.0 mm needles: 18 sts x 21 rows = 10 x 10 cm (unstretched).

If you want to knit a larger size, you can order additional

balls of yarn separately. You can then return any unused

balls of yarn to us.

For this set, you will need the following accessories:

Circular needle 6.0 mm (40 cm), Double-pointed needle set 6.0 mm (20 cm), Crochet hook 6.0 - 7.0 mm, Contrasting waste yarn, yarn scrap & Tapestry needle
