The Bruno Sweater is knitted from the top down in stockinette stitch. It starts with the back. To ensure a comfortable fit at the shoulders, short rows are knitted. Next, the left and right front are knitted separately. After that, stitches are picked up for the neckline to knit the front. Once all parts are finished, they are joined to knit the body in the round. Next, stitches are picked up to knit the neckline in a 1x1 rib pattern in the round. This is then folded and sewn down on the wrong side. Finally, stitches are picked up to knit the sleeves in the round.

Sizes: XS / S / M / L / XL / 2XL / 3XL

The Bruno Sweater has a loose fit and about 15 cm of positive ease, which is slightly reduced for larger sizes to ensure a more comfortable fit. Accordingly, the garment measurements are about 15 cm larger than your actual bust circumference.

Sizes XS / S / M / L / XL / 2XL / 3XL are designed for a bust circumference of 80-85 / 85-90 / 90-95 / 95-100 / 100-110 / 110-120 / 120-130.

Gauge:
After washing and blocking:
23 sts x 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch with 4 mm needles.
31 sts x 37 rows = 10 x 10 cm in 1x1 twisted rib with 3.5 mm needles.
34 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm in 1x1 twisted rib with 3 mm needles.

If you want to knit a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then easily return any unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set, you will need the following accessories:

4 mm, 40, and 80 or 100 cm 3.5 mm, 80 or 100 cm 3 mm, 40, and 80 or 100 cm DPNs: 3.5 mm or a long circular needle for the Magic Loop technique.

Stitch markers, scrap yarn or stitch holders, darning needle.
