The Chunky Jacket Junior from the 2501 collection by Sandnes Garn is a thick brioche jacket for children. It is knitted with Fritidsgarn and Kos together.
First, the neckband is worked in rib pattern. Short rows create a deeper neckline, while raglan increases are made simultaneously. Then the work is divided into sleeves, front, and back. The front and back are knitted in half brioche in rows, the sleeves in half brioche in rounds, each with a ribbed finish. The button bands are worked as an I-cord with loops for buttonholes, and finally, the buttons are sewn on.
The model in the photo was knitted in "FRITIDSGARN" in "Natur 1012" and in "KOS" in "Lys marsipan 2310".

Chest circumference of the sweater: 70 / 77 / 83 / 90 / 95 / 103 cm
Gauge: 11 sts x 24 rows half brioche with 1 strand of each quality with needle size 6 = 10 x 10 cm
If you want to knit a larger size, you can order additional yarn balls separately.
You can then return any unused yarn balls to us.
