The Copenhagen Cardigan is worked from the top down on circular needles using raglan increases in rows. The neckline is shaped using short rows. The cardigan is worked in stockinette stitch, while a rib pattern forms the front edges. Inside pockets are created on the body using stitches picked up at the front of the cardigan. The sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch in the round using double-pointed needles or the Magic Loop method.

The Copenhagen Cardigan should have approximately 6 cm of positive ease. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL fit a chest circumference of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. The finished cardigan measurements can be found on the cover. Take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S. A cardigan in size S has a chest circumference of 95 cm and would therefore have 5 cm of positive ease.

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

• 3.5mm and 4mm circular knitting needles, 60 or 80 or 100 cm long
• 3.5mm and 4mm double-pointed needles
• 12 buttons (Ø = 15 mm)
