The knitting kit includes a yarn alternative to the original yarn specified in the instructions, which has been approved by the designer.

The Ellie Summer Top is a fitted tank top knitted in one piece from the top down. You start with the back, then pick up stitches for the front panels, which are knitted individually. Finally, all stitches are transferred to one needle and the body of the top is finished in the round. The entire top is finished with i-cord edging: you begin the back with an i-cord, work an i-cord edge simultaneously on the straps, and finally bind off the body with an i-cord.

The top is knitted with 5-10 cm of negative ease.
If your size is between two sizes, it is recommended to knit the smaller one.

*Example: If your chest measurement is 95 cm, please choose size D with a finished total circumference of 86 cm.

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

3 mm circular knitting needles (with an 80-100 cm cable) or an appropriately sized needle to achieve the correct dimensions.
Use a 2.5 mm double-pointed needle, if needed, to knit the i-cord edging. However, if you already knit tight i-cords, or have never knitted an i-cord before, I recommend using a 3 mm needle for the i-cord edging.
12 regular stitch markers, plus two slightly more specialized ones to mark the beginning of the round and half the stitches)
Wool needle for sewing in threads
Yarn scraps, spare cables or knitting cords to hold stitches
