The knitting kit includes a yarn alternative to the original yarn specified in the instructions, which has been approved by the designer.
The Erna Headband is a double-layered headband knitted in a broken rib pattern. It's worked in the round as a tube and then sewn together at the end to form a twist. Because it's knitted in two layers, it also protects your ears from icy winds. A favorite piece that would also make a lovely gift!
Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.
For this set you will need the following accessories:
- 3.5 mm knitting needles
- Wool needle for sewing in threads
- tape measure to measure your head circumference
For sustainability reasons, these are NOT automatically included in the package.
