The Eva Cardigan is worked from the top down. First, the upper part of the back is worked with increases. Then, stitches are picked up along the back for the shoulders. Stitches are then picked up along the shoulders, and the remaining yoke is worked together on a circular needle, while increases are also made on the front for the V-neck. The body is worked in rows on a circular needle, and the sleeves in rounds. Finally, stitches are picked up along the front edge, and the wide band is worked in double ribbing.

The Eva Cardigan should have approximately 26 cm of positive ease in the smaller sizes and a progressively smaller amount in the larger sizes. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) fit a chest circumference of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The finished cardigan measurements can be found on the cover. Please note: These measurements are only valid if the gauge is maintained. Take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S. A cardigan in size S has a chest circumference of 116 cm and would in this case have a freedom of movement (positive ease) of 26 cm.

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

• 3.5mm circular knitting needle, 40, 80 and/or 100 cm long
• 4 mm circular knitting needle, 60, 80 and/or 100 cm long
• 3.5mm and 4mm double-pointed needles (if not knitting with the Magic Loop method)
• 4 knobs (Ø = 25-28 mm)

For sustainability reasons, these are NOT automatically included in the package.
