The knitting kit includes an alternative to the original yarn specified in the instructions.

The following techniques are used in the instructions: Italian cast-on, half-patent rib with yarn overs, double centered decreases, slip stitch crochet. All techniques used are explained directly in the pattern.

Sizes: 1 (2) 3 correspond to head circumference 53-55 cm (56-58 cm) 59-61 cm

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following supplies: 4.5 mm (40-50 cm) circular knitting needles, 5.0 mm (50-60 cm) circular knitting needles, and a set of 5.0 mm double-pointed needles. If you are using the Magic Loop method, you will need one long circular knitting needle in 4.5 mm and one in 5.0 mm (80-100 cm), and a 3.5 mm crochet hook.

For sustainability reasons, these are NOT automatically included in the package.
