The knitting kit includes an alternative to the original yarn specified in the instructions.

The short Gustav sweater features a decorative cable knit pattern on the front and sleeves. The dropped shoulders and slightly oversized fit with approximately 10 cm of extra width ensure exceptional comfort. Its cropped length makes it perfect for pairing with high-waisted trousers, skirts, or dresses.

The sweater is knitted in four pieces: The back is worked in stockinette stitch, while the front and both sleeves are worked in a cable pattern. Targeted decreases are incorporated to shape the shoulders and the crew neck. After knitting, all pieces are sewn together, and the neckline is finished with a classic 2x2 rib knit collar.

Gauge: 10 x 10 cm = 21 stitches x 34 rounds in pattern on 4 mm needles – wet-blocked

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.
