Harald's sweater baby - SUNDAY - knitting set

Harald's sweater is knitted from the top down. The yoke is worked in ribbing with increases. The body and sleeves are knitted in stockinette stitch and both end with a folded edge. The neckline is folded to the inside of the sweater and sewn down, creating a casing for a thin elastic band – this allows the sweater to be easily pulled over the head without losing its shape.
