The Ivy blouse is knitted seamlessly from the top down. The yoke is constructed with increases at the shoulders, followed by increases for the sleeves, and then raglan increases. Short rows are worked to shape the neckline. The sleeves are knitted in the round – either with double-pointed needles or the Magic Loop method.

The Ivy Blouse should have a positive ease of approximately 2 inches relative to your bust measurement. Sizes XXS (XS), S (M), L (XL), 2XL (3XL), and 4XL (5XL) fit a bust measurement of 75-80 (80-85), 85-90 (90-95), 95-100 (100-110), 110-120 (120-130), and 130-140 (140-150) cm. The finished sweater measurements are shown on the title page (note that these measurements are only valid if the gauge is maintained). Take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your bust (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S. A sweater in size 100 cm would fit a 100 cm bust. S has a chest circumference of 92 cm and in the chosen example would have a range of motion ( positive ease ) of 2 cm.

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories: 3.5 mm circular knitting needles (40, 60 and 80 and/or 100 cm), 3.5 mm double-pointed needles
