The Key Cardigan is made from two strands of yarn. “Peer Gynt” and knitted from “Tynn Silk Mohair”.

The Key Cardigan is worked from the top down with raglan increases. The neckline is shaped using short rows. The yoke and body are worked flat on circular needles, the sleeves in the round. Finally, edgings are added along the front edges and at the neckline. The cardigan features a striking two-color striped pattern.

Sizes: XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL)

The Key Cardigan should have approximately 24 cm of positive ease in the smaller sizes and a progressively smaller amount in the larger sizes. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) fit a chest circumference of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The finished cardigan measurements are shown on the cover. Take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 95 cm, you should choose size M. A cardigan in size... M has a chest circumference of 119 cm and in the chosen example would have a range of motion (positive ease) of 24 cm.

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

• 4 mm circular knitting needle (40 and 80 or 100 cm)
• 4.5 mm circular knitting needle (40, 60 and 80 or 100 cm)
• 3.5 mm circular knitting needle (60 or 80 cm)
• 4 and 4.5 mm double-pointed needles (unless knitting with the Magic Loop technique)
• 6 knobs (Ø = 18-20 mm)
