The Moby Sweater Man is worked from the top down in a textured and cable pattern. First, the back is worked, using short rows to shape the shoulders. Next, stitches are picked up for the shoulders and then collected at the front. The front and back pieces are then placed on one needle under the armholes to form the body, which is worked straight down. The sleeves are worked in the round on double-pointed needles or using the Magic Loop method. The neckband is folded in half and knitted onto the inside of the garment.

The model in the photo was in "Peer Gynt" in Koksmelert (Fb 1088) knitted.

Gauge swatch: 20 stitches x 28 rows in textured pattern on 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm (after washing and blocking)

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

• 4 mm circular knitting needle (40, 60, 80 and/or 100 cm)
• 3.5 mm circular knitting needle (80 and/or 100 cm)
• 3 mm circular knitting needle (40 cm)
• 4 and 3.5 mm double-pointed needles
• braiding needle
