The Molly Dress from the Sandnes Collection 2502 DIY is a warm dress with generously cut sleeves.
It is knitted from top to bottom. First, the back is created, shaped with short rows and increases, and worked in rows up to the armholes. Then, stitches are picked up from the shoulders for the front parts and knitted in stockinette stitch also up to the armholes. After that, the back and front are joined and worked together in rounds down to the bottom cuff. For the sleeves, stitches are picked up from the armholes, with the shoulder section first being shaped again with short rows. Then, the sleeves are finished with increases in rounds downwards. Finally, the double neckband is knitted on.
It is knitted with two strands of Tynn Peer Gynt and Tynn Silk Mohair.
The model in the photo was knitted with two strands of "TYNN PEER GYNT" in "Naturmelert Fb. 2641" and "TYNN SILK MOHAIR" in "Lys beige Fb. 3021".
