The Novice Slipover Man is worked in stockinette stitch from the top down. First, the back is worked. Stitches are then picked up along the cast-on edge to shape the shoulders, which are then joined in the round at the front to form the front. The front and back pieces are gathered under the armholes to form the body, which is worked in rounds on circular needles. Stitches are picked up around the neckline and armholes for the ribbing. Sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL

The Novice Slipover Man should have approximately 10 cm of positive ease relative to your chest measurement. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL fit a chest measurement of 86-91 (91-96) 96-101 (101-107) 107-113 (113-119) 119-124 (124-132) 132-144 cm. The finished slipover measurements are shown on the front of the pattern. Take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your chest measurement (or the widest part of your body) is 101 cm, you should choose size L. A slipover in size L... Size L has a chest circumference of 111 cm and would therefore have a positive ease of 10 cm.

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

• 4 mm circular knitting needle (60, 80 or 100 cm)
• 3.5 mm circular knitting needles (40 and 80 cm)

For sustainability reasons, these are NOT automatically included in the package.
