The Olga Sweater is worked from the top down in stripes. First, the upper part of the back is worked in rows, while the shoulders are shaped using short rows. The stripe pattern is worked simultaneously. Next, the shoulders are worked separately on a circular needle. These are then joined to form the front. The front and back are then joined to form the body, which is worked in the round in stripes on a circular needle. The sleeves are worked from picked-up stitches around the armholes. Finally, the neckband is worked from picked-up stitches and folded in half.

Sizes: XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL)

The Olga Sweater should have approximately 23 cm of positive ease in the smallest sizes, decreasing in size with size. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) fit a chest measurement of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The finished sweater measurements are shown on the front of the pattern. Note: These measurements are only valid if the gauge is maintained. Take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your chest measurement (or the widest part of your body) is 95 cm, you should choose size M. A sweater in size 1000 would be approximately 100 cm long. M has a chest circumference of 118 cm and would in this case have a range of motion (positive ease) of 23 cm.

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

• 4 mm circular knitting needles (40, 60 and 80 and/or 100 cm)
• 3.5 mm circular knitting needles (40 and 80 and/or 100 cm)
• 3.5 and 4 mm double-pointed needles (unless knitting with the Magic Loop method)

For sustainability reasons, these are NOT automatically included in the package.
