Gauge: using 10 mm needles in rows, or according to the gauge in the main pattern. If you knit very loosely, choose one needle size smaller (e.g., 9 mm for the main pattern and 7 mm for the ribbing).
10 x 10 cm = 10 stitches x 12 rows

The following techniques are used in the instructions: Cast on stitches using the loop cast-on method, knit and purl stitches, increases slanted left and right
Short rows (here with wrapped stitches, alternatively with double stitches), twisted rib, Italian cast-off

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

• Circular knitting needles (if you knit loosely, choose 1 mm smaller for all needle sizes or according to your gauge):
• Large cable needle, or alternatively a double-pointed needle
• 8 mm (hem cuff) and 10 mm (main pattern) and
• 6 mm (preparatory rows for Italian cast-off), each 40 and 80 or 100 cm long and
• 7 mm (stitch pick-up for neckline) and 8 mm (neckline ribbing), 40 cm long

For sustainability reasons, these are NOT automatically included in the package.
