Caution: Cashmere wool stretches slightly after washing. Be sure to wash your gauge swatch before measuring!
Cashmere is one of the softest, finest fibers in the world: cashmere hairs have a fiber fineness of 15 - 19 microns - the lower the micron number, i.e. the thinner the individual fiber, the softer.
