The Sophie Hood is worked in one piece in garter stitch from point to point with I-cord edges. The hood is shaped by increases and decreases and finally sewn together at the back of the neck with a mattress stitch.

17 stitches x 30 rows garter stitch on 5 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm
