The model in the photo was knitted in "Peer Gynt" in Ash melange (colorway 1021).

The Storm Sweater is worked from top to bottom in the textured pattern. First, the back is knitted, using short rows to shape the shoulder slopes. Then, stitches are picked up for the shoulders, which are gathered at the front to form the front piece. The front and back are placed on a needle under the armholes and thus form the body, which is knitted straight down. The sleeves are worked in the round on a double-pointed needle set or using the Magic Loop method. A ribbing is knitted at the neckline, which is folded inside and knitted on. The Storm Sweater is worked in the textured pattern, which consists of four different pattern sections.

The Storm Sweater should have a positive ease of approx. 26 cm in the smallest sizes, but this decreases in the larger sizes. The sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) fit a body chest circumference of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The dimensions of the finished sweater can be found on the front of the pattern. Please note: These dimensions only apply if the gauge is met. Take your measurements before you start knitting to determine which size will suit you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S. A size S sweater has a chest circumference of 116 cm and would therefore have a positive ease of 26 cm.

If you want to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set, you will need the following accessories:

4 mm circular needle (40, 60, 80 and/or 100 cm), 3.5 mm circular needle (40, 80 and/or 100 cm), 4 mm and 3.5 mm double-pointed needle set
