The model in the photo was in "Peer Gynt" in knitted in Ash melange (color 1021) .

The Storm Sweater is worked from the top down in a textured pattern. First, the back is worked using short rows to shape the shoulders. Then, stitches are picked up for the shoulders and gathered at the front. The front and back pieces are placed on one needle under the armholes to form the body, which is worked straight down. The sleeves are worked in the round on double-pointed needles or using the Magic Loop method. A ribbing is worked at the neckline, folded to the inside, and then knitted in place. The Storm Sweater is worked in a textured pattern consisting of four different pattern segments.

The Storm Sweater should have approximately 26 cm of positive ease in the smallest sizes, decreasing in size with size. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) fit a chest measurement of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. Finished sweater measurements are shown on the front of the pattern. Note: These measurements are only valid if the gauge is maintained. Take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your chest measurement (or the widest part of your body) is 90 cm, you should choose size S. A sweater in size 100 cm will fit a chest of 100 cm. Size S has a chest circumference of 116 cm and would in this case have a range of motion (positive ease) of 26 cm.

Should you wish to knit in a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then simply return the unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

Circular knitting needles 4 mm (40, 60, 80 and/or 100 cm), circular knitting needles 3.5 mm (40, 80 and/or 100 cm), double-pointed needles 4 mm and 3.5 mm
