Sunday Sweater - KOS & TYNN SILK MOHAIR - Knitting set

The Sunday Sweater is knitted from the top down. The yoke is worked in ribbing in the round with increases. The body and sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch and both finish with a ribbed cuff. The sleeves of the Sunday Sweater are extra long and are worked with increases so that they widen towards the wrist. The neckline is worked on the inside while the yoke is being worked – alternatively, it can be sewn on the inside at the end.

Size Guide

The Sunday Sweater should allow for freedom of movement ( positive ease). They should be about 10-15 cm in relation to your chest circumference.

Sizes (36), 38, and 40 fit a chest circumference of approximately (85-90), 90-95, and 95-100 cm, respectively. The finished sweater measurements are shown on the front of the swatch (note that these measurements are only valid if the gauge is maintained). Measure your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. For example, if your chest circumference is 94 cm, you should choose size 38. A sweater in size 38 has a chest circumference of 106 cm and would, in this case, have 12 cm of positive ease .
