The Twist Top is a figure-hugging knitted top with long sleeves and “twisted” cutouts, which are knitted using the Verona Twist technique. It can be worn perfectly both over another top and on its own.

The instructions include a detailed video tutorial on the Verona Twist technique.

The design is knitted from the top down. First, stitches are cast on for the neck and shoulders. Then, the shoulders and sleeves are shaped first by increasing stitches. Simultaneously, the neckline is formed by increasing stitches. At the end of the neckline, the first [unclear text] follows.

A notice:

The top has a negative range of motion of approximately 5-10cm. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size if you prefer a tighter fit and the larger size if you prefer a looser fit.

Gauge: 10x10 cm = 23 sts x approx. 36 rows in stockinette stitch with 3.5 mm needles . Measured after washing and drying, slightly blocked.

The twist tops in the product images were produced in the colors 725 - NIWA and 666 - ZAR each knitted in size S.
