The Brendan Sweater Man from the Sandnes 2412 collection is a simple men's sweater, enhanced by a small embroidery. It's suitable for both the office and a relaxed outfit with jeans. It is knitted top-down. First, you work the back panel, which gets its shape with increases and short rows. Then, you pick up stitches from the shoulders for the two front panels, which widen towards the neck and are eventually joined. Afterwards, stitches are picked up along the shoulder edges for the sleeves. From this point, you continue knitting in the round, and the shoulder section is created with raglan increases. Under the arms, you divide the body and sleeves and knit all sections individually in the round until the respective cuffs. Finally, the collar is knitted and folded double.

The model in the photo was knitted with two strands of "Tynn Peer Gynt" in "Mørk gråmelert Fb. 1053" and "Alpakka Folgetrad" in "Mørk gråmelert Fb. 1053".
