The Caspian Sweater Junior from collection 2501 by Sandnes Garn is a sturdy cable sweater for children.
First, the back piece is knitted up to below the sleeves. Then, stitches are picked up at the shoulders for the two front pieces, and each is worked according to the chart with increases at the neck. Afterwards, the front pieces are joined and knitted up to below the sleeves. The front and back pieces are combined and worked in rounds until the full length is reached. For the sleeves, stitches are picked up around the armholes and knitted in the round according to the chart. Finally, the neckband is knitted on.
The model in the photo was knitted in "DUO" in "Arctic ice 5811".
