The Dave Sweater Man from the Sandnes 2412 collection is a soft and cozy men's sweater that works wonderfully both in the office and paired with jeans. The sweater is knitted from top to bottom. You start with the back, which gets its shape through increases. Then you pick up stitches from the shoulders to work the front pieces. These widen towards the neck and are later joined until you reach the armhole. After that, the body is knitted in the round until you reach the ribbing. For the sleeves, you pick up stitches from the armholes and knit them in stockinette stitch in the round until the ribbing. Finally, the collar is knitted on, where you can choose to work either a long turtleneck or a shorter regular collar, depending on your preference.
