Hedi's cardigan is a classic raglan jacket. The wide stripes are separated by a patterned stripe that adds some structure to the simple basic pattern.
You start with the neckband. After shaping the neckline with short rows, you increase stitches regularly along the raglan lines. The sleeves are put on hold so you can finish the body first, followed by the sleeves.

Gauge swatch:
10 x 10 cm = 21 sts x 28 rows knitted in stockinette stitch.
Wash and dry the gauge swatch before measuring it.
For this set you will need the following accessories:
3.5 mm and 4.0 mm (circular) knitting needles or the needle size you need to achieve the specified gauge, possibly double-pointed needles in the same sizes if you are not using the Magic Loop method for the sleeves.
8 stitch markers
Leftover yarn for holding stitches
6 (6, 7, 7, 8) buttons with a diameter of approximately 15-18 mm
Wool needle for sewing in the threads
