The Horizon Sweater is a cozy, oversized raglan sweater with a double-layered collar. It is knitted seamlessly from the top down in the round: After the collar, the yoke is shaped with raglan increases, before the body and sleeves are separated and finished relaxed in the round. The clear, minimalistic construction makes knitting enjoyable and straightforward. The three equally high color stripes start right from the neckline and give the design its characteristic look. The Horizon Sweater is a cozy classic that will keep you nice and warm.

Sizes: 2XS (XS, S, M) (L, XL, 2XL) (3XL, 4XL, 5XL)
suitable for a bust circumference (body measurement) of 75–80 (80–85, 85–90, 90–95) (95–100, 100–110, 110–120) (120–130, 130–140, 140–150) cm

The sweater is designed with 25–37 cm positive ease.
Size L is shown with a 90 cm bust circumference (approx. 38 cm positive ease).

Gauge: 15 stitches and 20 rows with 5 mm knitting needles, stockinette stitch = 10 x 10 cm (measured after washing and drying the swatch)

The instructions use the following techniques: Long-tail cast on, Knit and purl stitches, Increases from the strand between stitches (M1R / M1L), Backwards Loop Cast On, Knit 2 together, Bind off, M1R (right-leaning increase), M1L (left-leaning increase)

If you want to knit a larger size, you can order additional yarn balls separately. You can then simply return any unused yarn balls to us.

For this set, you will need the following accessories:

4 mm circular needles (40 cm or double-pointed needles and 80–100 cm)
5 mm circular needles (40 cm or double-pointed needles and 80–100 cm)

Additional accessories

8 stitch markers, stitch holders or scrap yarn to hold sleeves

Tapestry needle for weaving in ends, scissors, tape measure
