The front and back of the sweater are each knitted in rows, from the bottom up. The shoulders and side panels are then sewn together. For the collar, stitches are picked up along the neckline and knitted in ribbing. The collar is then folded inwards and sewn down, creating a thicker and particularly attractive collar. The sleeve stitches are then picked up along the armhole and knitted first in stockinette stitch, then in the textured pattern, and finally cast off.

The model in the photo was knitted in a shorter version using “Reborn Wool Recycled” in (color 18).
