Hat LASSE is a classic, fine ribbed hat that suits both women and men, the perfect hat for the whole family. The hat is knitted from bottom to top in a ribbed pattern. For a particularly beautiful cast-on edge, the stitches are cast on with the Italian cast-on method. Until the decreases begin, the hat is knitted in rounds on a circular needle. The decreases for the crown of the hat are worked on double-pointed needles.

The knitting kit contains an alternative to the original yarn specified in the pattern.

Sizes:  Head circumference: 48-50 cm (51-53 cm) 54-56 cm (57-60 cm)

BASIC PATTERN:  Rib stitch: alternating 1 purl stitch, 1 knit stitch.

Gauge: Rib stitch with 3.5 mm needle: 31 sts x 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm

If you want to knit a larger size, you can order additional balls of yarn separately. You can then easily return any unused balls of yarn to us.

For this set you will need the following accessories:

Circular knitting needle 3.5 mm (50 - 60 cm), double-pointed needles 3.5 mm (20 cm)
If you work with the 'Magic Loop method', you will need a long circular knitting needle 3.5 mm (80 - 100 cm)
