The sweater can be knitted top-down or bottom-up.
Top-Down:
First, the back piece is knitted up to under the sleeves. Then, stitches are picked up at the shoulders for the front pieces, new stitches are cast on for the neck, and the front piece is joined. The front and back pieces are united and knitted in rounds with a ribbed finish. The sleeves are worked in rounds from picked-up stitches, and finally, the neck ribbing is added.
Bottom-Up:
First, the ribbing is knitted, then the body in stockinette stitch and pattern according to the chart up to under the sleeves. Then, the front and back pieces are separated and finished individually. The sleeves are knitted bottom-up in rounds. Finally, the neckline is worked.
The pink model in the photo was knitted in "Smart" in main color "Warm pink 4616" and pattern color " Red 4219".
