Knit your next headband with our knitting kit. 

The headband is knitted in rows on two needles of a double-pointed needle set. It is worked in brioche stitch, creating a double-layered knitted piece. For a perfect back seam, the stitches are provisionally cast on using a crochet chain. This way, the open rows of stitches can later be sewn together with kitchener stitch, resulting in an almost invisible seam. If this is not important to you, you can also choose a conventional cast-on method.

The knitting kit contains an alternative to the original yarn specified in the instructions.

Sizes:  Head circumference: 45-47 (48-50) 51-53 (54-56) 56-59 (60-62) cm
Width: approx. 9 (9) 10 (10) 11 (11) cm

Gauge: In brioche stitch, double-stranded with 5.0 mm needles: 17 sts x 38 rows = 10 x 10 cm

If you want to knit a larger size, you can order additional yarn balls separately. You can simply return any unused yarn balls to us.

For this set, you will need the following accessories:

Double-pointed needles 5.0 mm (20 cm), Crochet hook 6.0 - 7.0 mm, Contrast-colored waste yarn, Yarn scraps & tapestry needle
