The Stornoway T-shirt combines stripes and textures with a relaxed, comfortable fit. It not only provides a relaxed knitting experience but also a modern look for everyday wear.

The work begins at the back, which is knitted back and forth using short rows to shape the shoulders. Then, stitches are picked up to shape both shoulders and the neckline.
The front part is then joined and also knitted in rows.
Once the front and back pieces are finished, they are joined together and stitches for the underarms are placed on hold. The body is then worked in rounds.
For the sleeves, stitches are picked up around the armholes and knitted in the round. Finally, stitches are picked up along the neckline and knitted in ribbing. All ribbed edges are finished using the Italian bind-off method for a smooth and neat finish.

The yarn used in the pictures is Line by Sandnes Garn in the colors 3011 Almond White (main color) and the shades 5252 Purple Twilight, 2113 Yellow and 8521 Light Green (contrast colors).

The knitting kit includes an alternative to the one specified in the instructions.

The Stornoway Tee is designed to have approximately 7 cm of positive ease, which means it is about 7 cm larger than your bust measurement.
